EXPRESS SCRIPTS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

When logging into express-scripts.com to order your family mail order scripts, please be aware, you will need to register each adult (18 and older) separately on the site, due to HIPAA. Once they are registered, and signed in, click on Help & Preferences, then Account Settings. You can, if you prefer, allow the spouse/cardholder to view that member's scripts. Log in again as the person who orders scripts and you will be able to view the scripts of your spouse/partner.

Effective 5/1/2014, we will no longer require the Adult Dependent Form in order to cover your adult dependents under the age of 26. If you have not provided an Adult Dependent Form before that date, your dependent may be in a terminated status. If you are unsure, please call our office to have them reinstated for benefits.
